My neighbor has a cat with a skin condition that has been sitting on my car. Each spot the cat has been on is covered in this sticky gross goo(kinda hard if its dry) that will not come off with regular washing. I ve also tried some tar remover and I ve put ajax dish detergent on it and nothing is working. It can kind of be scraped off with fingernail but I don t want to scratch my car. I ve bought a cover for my car to prevent any future "cat stains" but would really like to know something that will not hurt my paint on my car that will remove this crud from my car? Thanks so much in advance for any advice you might have:)

Which one of those should I spend my time learning to be able to make cool Web 2.0 apps?

I have all summer to do whatever I want- so I ve decided I m going to teach myself another coding language (I already know PHP- HTML- CSS). I want to be able to create rich Web 2.0 like sites for lack of a better word. What coding language is best for this? AJAX?
